Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces
All made-to-order, custom, and personalized pieces are final sale. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items
We accept returns for eligible in-stock items under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and documentation must be included

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Made-to-order or custom jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Worn, resized, or altered pieces
  • Items returned without prior approval

Return Process
To request a return, contact us at contact@bybonniejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
