Let’s start with the first piece on the list, and oh my goodness, I don’t think I’ve even shared this one yet! It’s absolutely one of my top favorites from 2024.

This beauty was made for a client all the way from Iceland. Yes, Iceland. When he first contacted me, I was like, "What? Iceland?" The place of waterfalls and the Northern Lights? I had only ever seen it in travel publications!

He desired a ring that embodied the essence of Iceland—its crystal-clear waters, spectacular vistas, and natural splendor. This wasn't just any ring; it was the only one he would give to his wife. Talk about pressure, right? But when he allowed me complete reign to design, I knew precisely what to do.

The ring features an emerald-cut center stone paired with delicate marquise diamonds on the sides, all set in romantic rose gold. It’s elegant, timeless, and perfectly embodies everything he described. When it was finished, it took my breath away—and his too!

This ring is definitely one of the top highlights of the year for me. What do you think?

Old Mine Cushion Cut Knife Edge Solitaire

Next up on the list is an absolute stunner: an old mine cut Knife Edge Solitaire. Now, I know what you’re thinking—Oh, it’s a solitaire. That’s simple.

Um, excuse me? Never say that again. That offends me deeply because perfecting a “simple” design is actually one of the hardest things to do. A solitaire leaves zero room for error. Every angle, every curve—it all has to be flawless.

So this ring was commissioned by a groom for a well-known individual in the fashion industry. And, no, I can't reveal her identity (sorry, confidentially!), but let's just say she's a huge thing. He intended to give the iconic knife-edge band a unique touch by lifting it slightly, similar to a delicate cathedral design.

He was extremely careful about every detail. (Fun fact: he is French, much like my husband, so I am very familiar with that degree of precision!) But when was the ring complete? It exceeded his expectations. His precise words were, "It's perfect."

The star of the show? That old mine cut diamond. The large, vintage-style facets created these dreamy flashes of light that were absolutely unforgettable. This ring wasn’t just a highlight for the groom—it was one of my most memorable creations of 2024. Wouldn’t you agree?

Perfection was non-negotiable for him, and I’ll admit, I was a little nervous. He even sent me a full PDF presentation outlining exactly what he wanted. Yes, a presentation! The stakes were sky-high, but I love a good challenge.

Emerald cuts are all about symmetry, precision, and that hypnotic hall-of-mirrors effect. When you’re crafting an eternity band with them, every single stone has to be flawless—no exceptions. It’s like creating a never-ending row of perfection, and trust me, that is no easy feat.

When I presented the finished piece, even one of my team members, who doesn’t usually work with diamonds, gasped and said, “This is breathtaking.” And it really was. The endless sparkle of those step cuts, the timeless elegance—it was the epitome of class.

It reminded me of Angelina Jolie’s ring—because if we’re talking about class and sophistication, she’s the queen. This emerald-cut eternity band exuded that same kind of effortless elegance.

You’re wrong. That’s exactly what I told my husband back when he was asking me out—every. single. day.

And when I say every single day, I mean it. I used to look at him and say, “This isn’t happening. I’m a Scorpio, you’re…whatever, this doesn’t work.” I came up with a million reasons why it wouldn’t happen. And you know what he did? He manifested it anyway. He said, “This woman is going to be mine.”

I’m looking forward to so much life and so many exciting moments ahead. Can you believe my son is going to be six this coming year? Six! Where does the time go? I’m absolutely thrilled, and you know what? I think this year, I’m going to take a little more time off.

Yes, you heard me—I’m planning to spend more time with my son. Maybe we’ll do a little traveling, create some unforgettable memories together. As much as I love what I do, I know how important it is to slow down and soak in those moments.
