Having a visual reference is so important when designing a ring. Think of it like a home renovation—you wouldn’t start redesigning your kitchen without a mood board, right? Same concept! Your dream ring starts with a vision, and I’m here to bring it to life. 

Extra Finger Coverage And The Right Proportions

She knew she wanted major finger coverage, but she needed our help to get the perfect proportions. And let me tell you, when it comes to three-stone rings, proportions are everything.

I’ve crafted three-stone rings in every stunning combo you can imagine—emerald with tapered baguettes, emerald with trapezoids, oval with pear, round with pear… even pear with pear (the one I gifted my mom!). But getting that just right balance? That’s where the true art of craftsmanship comes in. And trust me, we nailed it.

When it comes to three-stone rings, I do not recommend buying them online—unless you want a cookie-cutter design. And we don’t do cookie-cutter here. 

Now, let’s talk proportions. First off, she wanted two-tone, which I love because it gives you so much versatility! We’ve done stunning versions of this—like a two-tone cushion cut with half-moon sides (a fan favorite!) and even one with delicate diamond accents. Absolute perfection. For this ring, we tested proportions—starting with 0.75-carat side stones to show her what it would look like. But in the end, we went with 1-carat on each side for that perfect balance. And WOW, did it turn out spectacular. The proportions? Flawless. The sparkle? Unreal. And I’m just so thrilled that she gets to wear this masterpiece forever. 

Challenges Of Pairing It With A Flush Band

Now, I know what you're thinking—Bonnie, what about the wedding band?! So here’s the deal: when you have three large stones, a flush wedding band is going to be tricky. Even a contour band might not sit just right.

So, what did we tell the bride? Own it! If you're choosing a three-stone beauty, just know that a perfectly flush band might not be in the cards—and that’s okay! She loves the look, she embraces the gap, and honestly? It’s giving iconic.
